Coached Sessions:

We also offer coached Badminton sessions every Friday from 8PM - 10PM. These sessions are similar to those available at Badminton clubs and are designed to teach fundamental skills.

These sessions are priced at £5.00 for adults and £4.00 for juniors (under 16's).

At high levels of play, especially in singles, badminton demands excellent fitness: players require aerobic stamina, agility, explosive strength, speed and precision.
